Booking your first class
New to Reformer Pilates or first time with us at Pilates on King? Read on below.
We have FOUR levels to our classes here at Pilates on King. All of the classes are designed to be challenging and within each class the teacher can give extra options to make things easier or harder. Each class is 45-50 minutes in duration and includes suitable warm up stretches and options and variations throughout.
The studio opens 5-10 minutes before the start time of the class. In every class you are required to wear socks and to wipe down the reformer after the session to help keep things clean and organised.

All of our classes are aimed at exploring concentration, control, center, flow, precision and breathing. Our classes include all the necessary warm up and stretch techniques with the option to advance your practice and take things deeper or ease off a little where needed. We have levelled classes so you know where to place yourself and if you’re after that extra burn we’ve got you covered.
